Adriano is very nice and easy to work with. He gave good advice and spoke to me a few times to explain the process. When his crew arrived, they were very thorough and professional. I was going to change just one half of the roof + garage layover and Adriano advised it's best to change the entire roof and skip the garage layover (this wasn't a upsell because Adriano did the job for the same price). I was very happy with the entire process and job, and would highly recommend this company!

Very prompt and professional. Checked out our roof while we were gone and gave us a quick estimate. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Provides a 4 year warranty on his work and uses online website for contract signing and billing. Will call again if I need more work done.

Big star Roofing has really earned my trust as far as i know. They are really a dependable bunch, and they always seek to impress, no matter the conditions. They really went out of their way to even install proper gutters for the roof of my house and their prices weren't exorbitant. My roof now looks impeccable as ever, all thanks to them.

We had a few tiles fall off of our roof, so we called Big star Roofing. The process from the appointment to them fixing and cleaning our roof to the emails with the photos was spectacular. They fixed our roof, cleaned and serviced our roof without any issues or problems. When I called the office, someone answered gleefully. This is a family business, so I'm happy to support a local business. All of the billing was done via email--easy to pay. Nice work and thank you!

Great company to work with.  Provided a fair  estimate to refresh the mastic at the tile roof peaks nd around the roof vents.
Came out right away and completedthe work in a timely manner.

We definitely have the best roof on the block. They are fast efficient kind professional and such nice caring people you won't be disappointed. We were more than pleased we even held a bbq for them. Don't shop around they will give you the best price and quality of work out there.

This review is long overdue. I can't thank Andriano and his staff enough for being so patient with our condominium HOA. Ingrid our coordinator was amazing! He was very patient and kept me updated via emails and phone calls. He took the time to explain the issue and repairs in detail. The inspector that came out to check my unit was Alvaro and he is extremely knowledgeable and just the nicest guy. He examined the inside of the unit, the flat roof, and even took a look at the drain/downspout area. He inspected it from all angles. The crew that came out was Alex, Marcos and Daniel. The work they did was outstanding! They took extra care while bringing their tools up/down and didn't drop or drag any heavy equipment around. They also took detailed pics to show the before and after as well. These guys are awesome! I really appreciate their work ethic and attention to detail. Overall, this a great company and our HOA will continue to work with them. Highly recommend.
