Nico was very informative when doing the initial assessment, answering all my questions and providing a fair quote. The repair job looks good. The guys had some minor trouble when digging and damaged the Rogers cable causing us to lose internet for a little while but they hurried to Home Depot to pick up parts to repair that and were apologetic. They also weren't able to save the one shrub I had asked to save, explaining that the roots were too deep although that didn't necessarily appear to be the case. They cleaned up well when all done and overall positive experience.
