Reborn Renovations

Had two rooms totally renovated. Fantastic service all around. Work was of exceptional quality. Finished exactly on time and kept to the agreed schedule. I would highly recommend Reborn Renovations.

After getting several quotes and interviewing several companies – we decided to move forward with Reborn Kitchens…and are we ever glad we did. Having been through several renovations, this project definitely had the best communication (which is really key) as well as great trades people (both skill wise and personality wise). The project was scheduled to start to coincide when the rest of the family were on holidays so as to minimize disruption, and the project was started on time, and was completed according to schedule. Chris as the project manager was a pleasure to work with, his passion for delivering a great product was evident as we worked with him throughout this process. He provided some great ideas, and always worked hard to make sure everything was on schedule. Their Cabinet Maker/Installer, Pat Hayes, was a pleasure to work with….very similar to Chris in that he really just wants the customer to be happy…and ensured there was frequent communication to ensure he was delivering exactly what we wanted. Pat is just a stand up individual in general, who is very skilled and knowledgeable from all of his years of kitchen cabinetry…Pat was able to identify potential issues and provide solutions before any issues arose. George their flooring guy was great as well…we had some previous water damage that damaged part of our main level. George sanded and stained the damaged section and blended it in perfectly with the rest of the floor. George was very accommodating in scheduling.

Kitchen reno done by Reborn gets a 10/10. Chris Shannon was an awesome Project Manager. Very responsive to calls, e-mails and questions. Willing to go the extra mile in attending to details and requests. All work was completed exactly as scheduled - from the first step of meeting with Jess to discuss design options to the clean-up crew at completion. No delays and no surprises. The reno involved a cabinet rebuild to install a Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer. The appliance installer said this was the first time he’d ever seen the plumbing and electrical done right for this type of dishwasher. Kudos to Reborn’s electrician and plumber. And the cabinet was also perfect for the dishwasher. Thank you Dave. The whole process was painless, even enjoyable. And, the finished kitchen is perfect. Thank you to whole team at Reborn.

Chris and the team at reborn did an amazing kitchen renovation for us. All of the contractors that they work with are very client focused and professional. We have much more space and love the new look.

Chris and Max made new doors for our kitchen. The doors were beautifully made locally to fit our kitchen in colour and style and it was Chris Shannon's imagination and attention to detail that made the project a success from start to finish.

Brought in Reborn to demo a 70's vintage wood burning fireplace and shelving unit and install custom built shelving/hearth with contemporary gas fireplace. Bob cam out to have a look and provide the estimate - a little back and forth on the numbers and I agreed to go ahead with the project. I was then handed off to project Manager Chris Shannon who was a pleasure to deal with thru out the process. The final product exceeded my expectations, was done on budget and exactly on schedule - can't ask much more than that from a fairly major renovation. There are a few things that the contractors could have paid better attention to (hardwood floor) , but overall, 10/10 for the Reborn crew....

We are completely satisfied with our experience renovating our kitchen and vanities with Reborn Renovations. From the very start RR were flexible on adjusting the scope of work to reflect everything that we were able to do ourselves and working with our other contractors which was necessary for this project to be possible on our limited budget. I hired Reborn to install new flooring, update two countertops and change out some plumbing fixtures on my condo downtown. They charged me a fair price, did the job to a high quality and finished it about when they said they would.
