Great experience! I contacted a number of companies inquiring about installing artificial turf to my backyard. Design turf hands down stood out from its competitors. As they were professional in their communication, knowledgeable and efficient. They promptly provided me with a reasonable quote and available date. The crew was friendly, respectful and organized. My backyard never looked better! My dog likes it too!

They were excellent! Showed up on the day promised and continued working everyday all day until the job was finished. They were very helpful and easy going about slight changes that were required, and every person who showed up on site was polite respectful and clearly interested in doing the best job possible. They not only installed the artificial turf where we asked but also built a retaining wall and levelled and relaid the driveway. Having totally renovated the inside of our house and added an addition less than 5 years ago, we have seen every type of installer and trades people out there, and Design Turf are truly among the best we have used.

I had Design Turf install a putting green in August of 2012. Initially they were terrific the installers showed up on time and were very friendly and worked hard. After the installation was complete my son and I immediately went out to practice our putts. The slope was so bad that no matter how soft we putt the ball it would not hold the green. I asked that they come back to correct the issue, I was promised a return call. No one came by that fall despite several emails and phone calls. I was told they were very busy but someone would come by but did not get a date. In spring of 2013 I began calling and e-mailing again, finally in September Jerome came by to evaluate the situation. It's now November and I have not heard from him. I would recommend that you don't pay these people until you have tested your purchase.

We spent three years fighting a battle with racoons and finally gave up after trying every solution, product, myth and suggestion. Short of buying a gun and harming them we decided to lay artificial grass and couldn't be happier. We called Jerome and he came by with realistic samples, cost break downs and suggestions. After blending in some of the products with real "new sod" that we had just laid down, we couldn't tell the difference. We went ahead with the job and have been smiling ever since. We have a dog and two small children and now do not need to worry about our lawn being ripped up. My one complaint is that the product gets a warm in the summer (whereas grass stays cool) but that is not a reason not to do it. I am very happy with the service, the constant contact from the company and the installation process. The company was extremely professional, clean, and respected both my property and that of my neighbors. We made the right decision and would recommend them to everyone.
