Cadaxx Design

We are adding a garage and a second floor for our semidetached house. As this was our first large project we were happy to have Cadaxx Design on our side.
We have asked for a lot of changes and went back on those a number of times. We were met with a lot of patience and good advice.
Interior design for our new bathroom and lights were completed as well.

Alex and his team at Cadaxx were professional, prompt and reliable. They produced some excellent floor plans from their initial site visit and make a couple minor revisions based on our needs.

We've now worked with many contractors during our renovations and Cadaxx were definitely one of the ones we are recommending to friends. Actually, they were recommended to us by our friends so I feel pretty safe in saying the quality of their work speaks for itself.

Alex and his team did an amazing job on the architectural drawings for our family room addition and full house remodel. From the initial onsite meeting Alex was helpful with ideas and direction for the addition and organized the trades that were needed to apply for permits. He was always available to answer my numerous questions and collaborate with us to design the space exactly how we had hoped. The drawings and 3D renderings were very helpful in showing the final vision. I would highly recommend Cadaxx Design!

Alex did the drawings and took care of everything related to the required building permits. In less than 2 weeks we had the required building permits in hand.
He started with having to measure the actual building, as there were no drawings for our newly purchased home available. We wanted to turn the entire main floor into one big open concept living space and he was able to get everything approved as requested.

We used Alex and his firm to design plans for taking a 850 sq ft bungalow to a two story modern home. It was gutted and completely overhauled floor to top.
Alex and his staff were always available via phone or email to answer any questions we had. He took us through the initial meeting , drawings and redos, as well as, all necessary paperwork submissions to the City in order to get building permits...including the hiring of a Structural Engineer and Mechanical/HVAC Engineer...a seamless process.
