Ive used Turnbull for various masonry and brick work repairs over the past few years and am very satisfied. They do great work and I highly recommend them for future jobs.

I was very pleased their high quality work. They mixed in additional lime to the grout they used for tuckpointing to protect my homes older bricks. Some bricks required replacing and they did a good job matching. They were thorough when ensuring all hollow spots in the foundation concrete were exposed prior to parging.

This past November, I noticed that my chimney need tuckpointing and the cap was cracked. A few companies said I would have to wait until spring. Other companies quoted me alot more- total rebuild, warnings that my chimney will fall over imminently, extra $1000 for covering the hydro lines on the other side of house etc. Turnbull Masonry answered my call quickly. Ron was out the next day with his handy drone to take pictures. His knowledge and experience shone through in his assessment and action plan. He said that my bricks were in excellent condition & just needed tuckpointing & some masonry work. 5 days later, his workers came and repaired my chimney. It looked brand new. The workers went above and beyond. They also saw a gaping hole in my roof- which they patched up temporarily until I could get a roofer. Superb workmanship & excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend A+++

I’m happy with the work done to rebuild my chimney in my 100 yr old house. They came at short notice because I had a leak in my roof and needed a new roof but wanted the chimney done first. The work on the chimney was excellent the only criticism I have was that the fireplace wasn’t sealed off so there was a lot of dust throughout the house. This was most likely related to the pandemic and not working in the house.

Turnbull Masonry gave us really good service and quality work. We're really happy with the results - the porch looks great with holes and gaps plugged, and loose stones fixed. We thought the price was a bit high given that the job was done in 4 hours (team of two people) but decided it was worthwhile to get such professional service and excellent results.

Hadad and Mike are 2 extremely pleasant guys . Turnbull Masonry assured me they would have the job done before the frost and they did . Their guys came exactly on time each day and cleaned up after . I was made many promises from different companies over the summer and this was the only one who followed through

My basement was beginning to get water in it. The basement exterior brickwork needed reporting and parking.

It was done when I was told it would be, in a friendly and efficient manor and with only one small surprise that I was warned might happen. Even for that surprise the cost was minimal and the work well done.

Had some repointing done on our century home. Smooth process, great communication, friendly and professional. Highly satisfied.

Turnbull Masonry replaced crumbled masonry and a cracked chimney cap. Ron was great to deal with. He responded quickly to the request and scheduled the work soon after the assessment. Unfortunately, we ran into several days of bad weather but he kept me up-to-date on when it would be safe to do the work and the crew arrived on the first dry day. I would definitely consider calling this company again, if needed.
