Mike Mullett's Wood Flooring *No Longer In Business**

Mike was great. His service was prompt - he returned calls and emails quickly and came through in a tight timeline. He made helpful suggestions and was knowledgable about the products on the market. The laminate floor in the end was a artfully installed and done for a great price. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would highly reccomend his company.

Mike did a great job! We get nothing but compliments on his work. He patched a section that had a wall removed blended the 40 year old cherry floor with the brand new for a seamless transition. he was extremely tidy and prompt. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am going to have him back to do my stairs.

We contacted Mike after seeing his ad on Kijiji and right from the first minute we met him we were impressed with his professionalism. He took us to a house that he was working on in another part of Cambridge and you could tell those homeowners were impressed with him as well.

Mike and his crew did exactly what they promised to do within the time he promised to do it and kept us informed every step of the way. Overall we would say that it was a very positive experience dealing with Mike and we will gladly refer him and his company to everyone who reads this posting.

We had Mike refinish our staircase after we removed the carpet.
Mike and his crew were polite and considerate of us and our three very young kids and did everything they could to accomodate us around their work.
They did the job in the best time they could as the weather was causing the finish to take longer to dry and poor Mike had an car accident the morning he was supposed to start, otherwise they were good as far as timeliness and punctuality.
We were happy with the finished product and get many compliments on the "new" staircase.
Although the nail holes from the carpet should have been filled and the sanding in the corners of the treads could have been much better it takes a pretty close look to see either issue.
It is hard to comment on the price as it was the only quote we could get, however I believe it was reasonable.

We had Mike Mullett refinish our pine floors. They did not show up as scheduled, they did not do a good job (edges were not done, dry spots), they would not return our call. They never finished the job.
