Simon was recommended to us by a family friend. We did get quotes from others but when we spoke to Simon we acknowledged that he "knew what he was talking about". His knowledge of the business and terminology only comes from one who is experienced and has done many roofs over the years.
The day our roof was being done, his team were very friendly, cheerful, professional and thorough. They discovered a couple of snags but instead of just doing what was agreed upon in the contract, Simon informed us and gave us various options for which we are very much obliged. This ensured that in future we would not be facing untoward issues during a wind or rain or snowstorm.

He went through the various shingle options and made some recommendations as well. You can tell he is really passionate about what he does. I wanted the job done as soon as possible as winter is approaching and Simon quickly checked the weather forecast and advised he could accommodate my request.

Simon and his crew showed up exactly as promised and got to work early in the morning. They worked very efficiently as a team and completed the job in less than 8 hours. They cleaned out the place and left it exactly as they found it. I’m very pleased with the new roof.

We noticed a leak in our roof, so we called around for some quotes. Simon’s quote was very competitive. After contacting him initially, he came and met with me the next day. He brought numerous samples and explained the process very thoroughly, making it easy to work with him. After our meeting he followed up. When he came to replace the roof, they were in and out in one day and left no mess. Work was impeccable. If I had any questions Simon answered my messages immediately. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Guildwood Roofing, as I am very satisfied with both the process and the finished product.

I got many quotations but theirs was tied with another company for the best price. Their service was excellent and they did some extra things for free like repair some roofing wood that was rotten and paint some metal flashing. Simon was awesome to deal with and his crew too.
