Called mid week to inquire about Roadrunners Services available. Neil answered all my questions. I called around several other places and got quotes three times the rate Roadrunner quoted. Called back to Roadrunner, arranged delivery, Neil was so understanding and accommodating, as promised we had our bin before noon. No kidding prices in Roadrunners fees. You pay what your quoted. Roadrunner made our job a breeze! Definitely will be using you them again in the future.

We rented two bins from Roadrunner to clean out a full house. Both times, Neil was on-time and very courteous. If they were running late, we were notified ahead of time. The price structure is simple - one price, includes the bin, disposal and HST - and we had no hassles with anything, including keeping the bin a few days longer because we were behind schedule. Would recommend to anyone in the west-end.

Once the bin arrived from Roadrunner Bins, I just knew everything was going to be all right. The condition of Neil’s bin was fantastic! I had to complement on the wonderful condition of his bin and truck. It was not some dilapidated thing, held together by a hope and more hope. It was in great shape, and clean. Neil double checked where we would like the bin positioned in the driveway. Even when he came to pick up the bin, he swept the driveway all around the bin area. Roadrunner Bins Inc was the first company I contacted and after calling around and speaking with a couple of more companies I decided to go with them. From the very first conversation with Doris, to scheduled delivery and the pick-up of the bin, everything went as promised and with no issues. We are working on a major renovation and have used Roadrunner twice during the three months span. Both times the service was impeccable: friendly, professional, excellent price. The last time Neil came to pick up the bin, but when he saw that it was still half full he allowed us some extra time to fill the bin fully. I would not think of anyone else, should I ever do the reno again.

We demolished our kitchen and required a bin to dispose of old cabinetry and appliances. I estimated that I needed a mid-sized bin to accommodate the load. When I called Roadrunner, they had rented all of the bins in the size I needed, but allowed me to take the next size up for the same price. Delivery was on-time and they took extra care not to damage my driveway or walkway. I was too busy to disconnect the refrigerator freon coil, so Roadrunner offered to take it to a site that would remove the coil for me. Pickup was likewise prompt and the owner is a real nice guy. I highly recommend Roadrunner.

Neil and his company are professional, straightforward and totally reasonable in their costs. The customer service is excellent from start to finish. We rented a small bin from them for a plaster ceiling tear down. They delivered the bin on time, successfully manoeuvered it into a tight spot without damaging anything in our front yard and let us keep it for a few extra days. I'd use them again in a second!

I am in the middle of putting in a stone patio.
I needed to move about 4 yards of dirt off of my lawn before I could start dropping gravel, so I called around for "clean fill" bin pricing and found Roadrunner to have exactly what I wanted with competitive pricing.
The 4 yard bin was delivered by 1:00pm the following afternoon (actually, quite an attractive bin if that matters to you).
I filled it the same day and called Roadrunner to pick it up.
It was gone by about 9:00am the following morning, and the driveway was swept clean!
(I have now refilled my driveway with gravel and the project continues without delay.)
Roadrunner delivered exceptionally professional service and made my job easier.

I have looked for the garbage bin to start demolish my deck next day. I made few calls but only Roadrunner Bins company was able to supply the bin is such short notice. Neil (company owner) was very helpful in estimation of the size of the bin I need - and he was right 100%, bin was full but not overloaded. Bin was delivered in time and picked up in time (last was important because I need my driveway for other materials). Bin in good condition, clean inside and outside.
I highly recommend Roadrunner Bins to anyone who need garbage bins.
