Pillar repair/Chimney Repair/Tuckpointing and new Sidewalk
As you can see, I had several jobs that needed doing on my house. I contacted 3 companies and Red Robin was the only company that a) responded immediately b) arrived on time for the estimate c) delivered the estimate electronically as promised d) were available/prompt with responding to ALL questions e) all work was done efficiently and done when promised f) the workmen were respectful and did a great job g) cleaned up at the end of each day h) no surprises with the pricing - paid what was given in the estimate.
Outstanding customer service started from the initial contact until the end of the project. Would I hire them again? ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend them? ABSOLUTELY!
