What started out as a simple kitchen update and new flooring quickly morphed into a renovation of every room in my condo! I am grateful for the collaboration and flexibility I received from Rowan and his team. Rowan is exceptionally responsive and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Their dedication to ensuring that everything not only meet but exceeded my expectations was unparalleled. Rowan is detailed orientated and brought that consistency into every facet of the process. Every renovation has its challenges, and mine certainly did, but Rowan remained in consistent communication with me and while it took a little longer to get the finishing touches competed I’m thrilled with how it’s turned out. My space has been transformed!

We had our master bathroom completely redone by Rowan and his team. Awesome work, highly professional, clean and COVID-19 compliant. We will certainly be using their services again, highly recommend them!

Rowan and his team completely transformed our home. We hired P2 for a whole home renovation that included structural work (the removal of a wall and addition of a powder room), updated hydronics system/installation of K2 radiators, and new flooring throughout our home. Rowan and his team were incredibly detail oriented and very easy to communicate with - even as the work ground to a halt in March 2020 due to covid. They were able to make our vision a reality, and we are so happy with the end result.

Rowan and team did a great job on the stone curbing we wanted done to protect our garden beds. The job did have its challenges as a result of supplier constraints and Covid-19. Rowan's team wasn't able to secure the original intended stones to do the job and tried to do their best with what they were able to secure. We understood the constraint and tried to give it a chance. Unfortunately it didn't work out the way we had hoped and we weren't really happy with the initial result. To be clear, the job looked great and his team was awesome but it didn't achieve the look we were hoping for. We discussed with Rowan and he understood and committed to trying to come up with possible ways to give us what we were looking for given the constraints he had to deal with. In the end he immediately spent time calling around Ontario and eventually found a supplier with the stones that would give us the look we wanted way up north. He shared a proposal of how he could try to make things right and upon agreement had his team show up the very next day to essentially redo the work despite having a backlog of jobs to complete due to Covid-19 and the limited timeframe to complete them given the shortened season. I wanted to leave a review in appreciation to Rowan and his team for committing to doing what was necessary to ensure we were happy with the job despite all the challenges they are facing.

The quality and professionalism is amazing! Thank you very much to all of the very talented people for the fantastic work. Rowan has truly brought together an amazing team of great people who are exceptional in their expertise - and also very nice to meet! The new stairs are gorgeous and will last years and years. The raised bed was rebuilt to be better suited to the space, with better foundation, and the outcome is perfect. The interlock bricks are a work of art, as well as the carefully chosen and installed armour stone to fit the space. It was clear that they put a lot of thought into each step of the project. Rowan's integrity shines through as he discusses options along the way, explaining what will be good choices for the outcome now and in years to come. Thank you!!

We have an extensively landscaped front to our home, and our front stairs and entry were previously done in an irregular flagstone design that was in need of replacement. This job needed someone who could recommend a new solution higher end looking to fit with the rest of our exterior design.

Rowan visited and I immediately felt comfortable and knew that he and his team were the best fit for us. He pointed out the issues with the current design and made recommendations for a new look. He was able to do the work within a few weeks timeframe which was more than reasonable.

His team was beyond clean. From demolition to the completed product, they kept everything in pristine condition, even spending a half hour
at the end of the job washing down our driveway to clear away the dust from the job.

Rowan was here daily checking on progress and making sure we were happy at each step of the job.

We interviewed other landscape contractors, and Rowan and his team were certainly not the cheapest. But you make a decision based on who you feel is the best fit and Rowan truly did not disappoint. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Purple Properties Inc. are a delight to work with from start to finish. They take the time to understand your needs, style, and budget. They work with you to optimize design and usability of the space, while fitting everything into a manageable schedule and cost structure. They call when they say they will call, and show up when they say they will show up. All the different trades and workers that came to our house were always impeccably polite. Rowan is an absolute professional you will never regret hiring.

Rowan and his crew did an amazing job replacing my front steps and walkway. I appreciated Rowan's passion for design and the time he took to really think about what type of design we should use and how we can best accomplish the project as it requires some demolition and matching with the current stamped concrete that I had. He was very professional, upfront, and provided many samples of work he did from pictures on his camera roll.

Communication was excellent and timely. I always knew when his crew would show up and if they were not coming due to poor weather I had a note the evening before to know.

His crew was polite, did their work with pride and cleaned up after themselves every day.

The work they did was in my opinion outstanding. They carefully removed the old concrete steps and walkway making sure not to damage the box hedge and my house. They dug out earth and replaced it with over 6 inches of aggregate and stone before beginning to lay the new blocks for the walkway. They ensured that my new concrete steps had a solid foundation and reinforced it with a lot of steel bars. They took their time to do everything right and Rowan came by most days to ensure the work was up to his high standards. His crew chief was very good and required very little oversight but that did not stop Rowan from double checking everything. The mason he sent to cap my steps with Flagstone was amazingly talented and did fantastic work.

Overall it was as excellent experience and I am very pleased with the final product. I will use Rowan and his team in the future for other projects.

I contracted Purple Properties Inc a few years back to complete our backyard patio and garden. I was thrilled with the work they performed back then and Rowan is one of the most honest and professional contractors I have ever dealt with. The true measure of a contractor's value is their willingness to complete a repair under warranty. Over the past few years, there was some minor settling of some of the Pavers (to be expected with our harsh Canadian winters). I contacted Rowan and as soon as it was safe to due so (given current COVID-19 restrictions), he sent out a crew of two guys to fix the uneven Pavers. The workers were polite and accommodating. The patio looks amazing and more importantly, we didn't have to go through the hassle of multiple call backs. Rowan was prompt to respond and prompt to send out a crew. This is what you need to be certain of when you hire a contractor. Rowan and his company are by far the best out there. I look forward to future renovations with Rowan and his outstanding company.

I'm very happy with the end result that Rowan and team accomplished. The team came on time and worked professionally, and is setup with enough employees to be able to finish quick and still pay attention to detail. From a design perspective, Rowan was generous in his time to understand our vision, and was able to put that into the finished product. The end result exceeded my expectation. Would definitely recommend Purple Properties for landscaping services.
