We have a 110 year old house that had been having periodic water leaks thru the (stone) foundation into the basement, in some springtimes. We also feared that after 110 years one cannot really know what the state of a houses' foundation might be in but that it was probably in need of a reboot.

To address our our water issues, and to be sure that the house could stand securely for another 100 years, we called Dave Jesse and the team to do footing, waterproofing, weeping tile & parging work all around our house.

They did a great job. They were on time (ie they started on the date that they promised us), they were on budget, they worked through some very crappy weather and got it done within their pre-prescribed timeline. To sum it up in layman's terms: They are pros. These are the guys to call when you need your foundation dealt with.

Dave, Jesse, and the crew were amazing from start to finish. Dave provided expert advice and unique solutions to a deal with several water issues. The job was meticulously completed and the site was left clean. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone dealing with foundation issues.

THE WORK CONSISTED OF:
1) Excavate to allow for new window enlargement size.
2) Concrete cut to enlarged new window size.
3) Supply and install new corrugated steel window well
4) Back fill for well.
5) Parging around window.
6) Interior wall finishing.
The work was done in a very clean and professional manner.

Dave and his amazing crew tamed a river running under my house.It was a challenging job done by true professionals.They left me with a dry ,clean basement along with a tidy, resodded yard and all this without charging beyond what was stated in the bid!

We had Dave and his company come to install internal weeping tiles in our basement after a major flood last summer. Dave came, did an assessment of our problem, arranged for a structural engineer to come and assess and based on the engineers recommendations and Daves many years of experience gave us our recommendations and quote. When his team of workers came they were on time, worked hard at the job and completed the installation in the time quoted. The workers were pleasant and seemed to really enjoy their work. The ensured that they cleaned up at the end of each day and following completion.
We were very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend DM Foundation.

Weve used DM Foundations for both waterproofing and foundation repair on our mid-century bungalow in McKellar Park. They dug out my attached garage and the old floor, repaired the damaged blocks, waterproofed and insulated, and had a new concrete floor poured.
