I had major repairs that needed attention on the outside of the house. The bricks on the chimney were all broken and chipped, there was a leak in the basement from a crack in the foundation, the bricks on both sides of the garage needed to be rebuilt, the entire foundation was parged and all my window sills were replaced with limestone sills. I found Dave and Barbara were very courteous and Dave took the time to explain what was being done. The estimate I was given was competitive to other estimates I received. The project was started on time and was finished within the given time frame. The work crews were very polite and let me know what they were doing as they went along. At the end of the job the perimeter of the house was relatively clean. Except for the sign on my lawn you wouldn't know I had so much work done. I would highly recommend Three Little Pigs Masonry.

In 2012, I hired Three Little Pigs to replace our messy paving stone front porch and
stairs. They asked me then for a 10 star review but I didn’t do it. Two years later it looks
great and I still get compliments. It really turned out great. I hired them again to repair
my chimney and once again they were great. I now give them the 10 star review they
deserve.

Our front porch steps were cracking and unsafe. This was a big project so we took the time to call around, get quotes and consider our options. I was very pleased with the job that TLP did. We had the main stairs resurfaced and the foundation repaired on our house. David was an excellent contact for us from start to finish. Dixon did a lot of the work and he worked soo hard; present on the work-site before we left for work and still at it when we came home!

We interviewed 3 contractors and what impressed us about Dave was his explanation that helped us understand what was involved. He explained why our walk out had failed. His experience was evident when he explained why the wall needed
weepers to let water out. We felt most comfortable with him and giving him the money to get this done. They deserve a 10 star rating.

Dave and his team delivered all they promised, in a timely manner. Their professional knowledge impressed us and whenever there were questions or issues, his team was always courteous and forthcoming to address or resolve them. Base on the excellent reviews in Homestars, I called Three Little Pigs Masonry for a free quotation for repair works with the foundation and door steps. Dave showed up as scheduled and gave some expert advice on the work required to be done. I received their quotation (with reasonable pricing) by email as promised. Subsequently a contract was sent to me with detail description of the work involved. The project was started as scheduled and finished on time. Jesse had completed the landing covering with flagstone in a perfect manner. Dixon has done exceptionally well on the foundation parging. I noticed that both of them are very skillful in their profession. They always complete their job to the highest standard. The whole area was kept clean and tidy during the whole period of the project. Upon completion, Dave returned for a final inspection with us to made sure that we are all satisfied with their work. For all their professional workmanship, I highly recommend Three Little Pigs without any hesitation.
