The team arrived on time, did a very fine job and cleaned up extremely well! Such nice folks. We will call on them again as out century old home needs bricks replaced.

We arranged to have our large yellow brick duplex home built in 1926 with three porches and the front our our brick garage cleaned. Bill and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time as agreed and cleaned up everyday. It took two days. In addition to the cleaning Bill did the tuck work on the exterior, lower parts of the house, filling in gaps and cracks. We are grate for a job well done - it wasn't easy as this house had never been cleaned. Thank you.

I highly recommend Bill for any brick restoration work. I originally contacted Bill in the Fall of 2014 but decided to wait until the spring to work on some other projects first. To my surprise he remembered the house, quote and had the details instantly.
I removed Angel Stone Veneer myself from the front of my house because I wanted the façade back to its original state. There was 3 coats of paint underneath that he was able to wash off then tuck point the mortar back to match the top of the house.
He was very meticulous, clean and organized and fair priced for the type of service he provides.

Provided good service for a good price on my very old home's brick exterior. Excellent with communication and punctuality and tidied up the job site very nicely afterwards. Would recommend them for sure!

Victorian Restoration is a great contractor. Bill, the manager/owner, and his crew, Jonathan and Tom, are real professionals, nice and polite. Bill is very accessible and always returned my calls timely. He is very patient. He took the time to explain the kind of work required and updated and consulted with us on a regular basis. Bill and his crew arrived always on time and completed the work according to schedule. Restoring the brick walls of our house required a lot of work. Many bricks on the walls of our old Victorian house deteriorated and needed replacement. I talked with a number of reputable contractors but none of them was willing to commit to replace the bricks with reclaimed ones. Bill went out of his way to find reclaimed bricks so that all the damaged bricks be replaced by reclaimed ones to match. Bill and his crew replaced the damaged bricks and the sills of four windows, fully repointed three walls and chemically cleaned them. They also made some smaller repairs and local repointing on two other walls. The transformation of the walls is impressive (as you can see from the pictures) and they now look beautiful. At the end of the work, all the rubble was removed and the yard was cleaned. The crew came back to make some small repairs that are always needed in such big scale project. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review! We got our front porch redone in the spring and saw how grimy our brick looked (I was worried that the dark- grayish-red was actually the color of the brick). I found Victorian Restoration online, saw the great reviews, gave him a call. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which was great; he had a cancellation and came within a few days. After one afternoon, my brick now pops! I was surprised at how rich the colour of my brick actually is. He was able to remove some paint also that was all over the brick. I'll try to post a pic, we have a semi so it can be compared with the home we are attached to.

Victorian Restoration cleaned the brick on my home in Toronto. From first contact, Bill was always professional. He was punctual, answered my many questions, offered various options and always returned phone calls. Bill and his crew carefully prepared the site, cleaned up each day and were considerate of the neighbours and surroundings. The removal of paint and cleaning of the brick was completed beautifully - I would definitely recommend Victorian Restoration.

Terrific job! Bill and his crew are constant professionals, attentive and punctual. It took me awhile to find someone who could safely remove all the paint from the exterior of my old Victorian home without destroying or sandblasting the bricks. Bill and his crew work fast and were able to remove all the paint restoring my house to its former look. In addition to this he was able to replace all the mortar and replace some of the damaged bricks with old matching bricks. The name says it all, Victorian Restoration, he took the time and care to restore my old Victorian returning it to its pre-painted glory. If you have a painted brick house and you want it returned back to natural brick, I would highly recommend Bill and his crew.

Bill and his crew did a great job in restoring the mortar in our 100 year old home. As agreed upfront, he took a practical approach in perfecting the front of the house and most visible part of the side of the house while just filling the gaps in the mortar for the rest.
Bill even returned a few weeks later to complete a section of the brick that had previously been covered/not accessible.
I would definitely recommend Bill - he and his crew know what they are doing and do it in a customer friendly way.
