Centra Windows (Calgary)

My wife and I had most of our windows in our previous two homes replaced by another local company and were very satisfied with their service. In our present home we chose to go with Supreme partly due to Karl's attention to our needs and partly because there was a promotion on with favourable pricing. Windows arrived on time and installations appear to be very well done. Thus far the quality of their products seem to be of a high grade. Overall we are very satisfied.
As for glitches in the process there were a few. One window screen was of an incorrect size, one screen was missing, and a custom moulding for our largest window was also missing. All of these problems were promptly resolved with minimal inconvenience to us.
The only other issues appear to be communication problems which may or may not be our own fault. My wife and I spoke with Karl about the needs and expectations surrounding the installations and we had similar, but not the same understandings of what to expect. He was clear in telling us that the painting of the mouldings would be our responsibility, but we must have misunderstood about the removal and re-installment of our window blinds. Also we thought that he had included the re-installation of a "phantom" door screen. Further, we found we were also responsible for painting some window and door frames. Again, apparently we misunderstood. Not big issues, but buyers should be aware that these are responsibilities for them to assume.
