Had an issue with this company. However, it seems that the company is willing to do additional work for free to resolve it. I am very hopeful at this point.
Roof
Installed roof in August.
It is leaking 5 months later. Water damage in the house! So frustrated, $4500 is huge money for me!!
Asked them to put electric wire on the roof as well while doing the roof to prevent ice build-up. They promised do that in October. Was calling them probably 10 or 15 time to set up an appointment, they promised to show up every week, then cancel appointments. Finally , one guy finally showed up at the beginning of December with wrong wire... nothing after that. They were rude on the phone with my daughter.
