Dov and Roy could not have been more helpful! They are so knowledgeable about flooring products and have great vision. The selection of colors, materials, finishes, widths... all so beautiful it made it hard to choose. The prices were reasonable/competitive but the quality was superior to other places we shopped at and so was the customer service. Our emails and phone calls were responded to in less than 24 hrs. Delivery was on time. Now that the Reno is complete, we can appreciate the service even more... it was certainly the right choice of floor- engineered white oak. Stunning! Their calculation of amount needed was perfect; barely any waste at all. We took their recommendation on floor cleaner and I suggest to anyone, to do the same.
