I was Very very cautious to get central air system as there are many scams units out there as well as poor warranty and/or service. My original budget was 1600$ but after 4 long conversatioons as well as a perosnal home visit, James convinced me that this was the unit to buy.
I most enjoyed the no pressure sales provided, James let me do my research on the products as well as shop competitors.
In the end, I came back to Natural choice for the professional service i received as well as confidence of a job done right! The install was smooth and is a night and day comparison to that of my neighbour (Jmaes' crew actually cared enough to make it LOOK good as well as function good!!! BIG PLUS!!
A week after install, James popped by the house to see how things were going, also even took time to test the unit even though he was not scheduled to.
