I called Mr. Rooter for one problem, and at the last minute I asked my spouse to have the plumber check on another problem while there. Rick came first thing - for which I am grateful, and told my partner what required more immediate attention, and what needed to be done and what could wait a little bit.
Rick provided a lot of welcome advice and tips, and was thorough about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He tidied up after the work was completed (even though I told him not to worry about it).
I will definitely be calling in the near future to complete other projects that need attention.
One final notable mention - I thought the project was going to cost me more than it actually did (by $200.00), thanks to the recommendations by Rick.
