Modular Home Improvements is actually still working on my house now and so far are doing a great job. They are doing a complete remodel of the house; working on a second floor addition creating four bedrooms and two washrooms. They are also remodeling the main floor and have gutted the basement. I’m so surprised at their speed and the quality of work that they are doing, every day they are making progress. Modular Home Improvements always makes sure to answer all of my questions within 30 minutes of a text message or email that I send. When I was looking for a contractor to do this job and I found them I was a little disappointed that I had to go in to their office to get a consult instead of them coming to the house, I discounted them actually almost passing them up. But once we sat down and created a plan I knew they were right for me. Pricewise I really like how up front they are. They are transparent in that they show where the money is going to go, which I really appreciate. Like I said before, at this point I’m pretty happy with the work that is being done!

Not just for giving us a great review but for pointing out that you weren't happy with the fact that we are not coming to people's homes for initial meeting. This is a question that we get quite often so I will entertain this opportunity to explain why.
We have between fifty to seventy potential clients coming to our office every month and numerous e-mails and phone calls to deal with. Visiting all the people that are interested in obtaining quote would require a sales force that we can not afford without raising our prices which we are trying to keep as low as possible.
Other reasons for asking clients to visit us is to have the opportunity to show them the company, explain the process and make sure that they are really interested in working with Modular.I am sure that we will continue to provide you with the good service and that you will be happy till the end of the project:-)
