The crew was thoughtful, on time and the quality of the work was very good. The crew helped both prepare the rooms for painting, protect in-room items and return larger furnature items when they were finished. Little "add-ons" were taken on with no setback in the job. The job was estimated as three days and it took three days.

Massimo and his team did a great job painting the interior of our technical centre including laboratory and office space. They painted drywall, doors, window frames and exposed steel beams. It's clear from the finished product this company takes pride in their work they were pleasant to work with completed the job in a timely manner and met our safety and LEED standards. I will keep their number handy and use them again and would also highly recommend this company to my colleagues and friends.

When we contacted Executive Touch to paint the storefront of The Fair Trade Jewellery Company (www.ftjco.com), we were pretty sure they'd do a great job based upon previous reviews. In addition, and to our surprise, they provided us with their insurance and workman's comp policies. As a business, it's important that people we hire have insurance of their own.

Massimo was diligent and proactive. We are EXTREMELY happy with the job they did and they're the first people we would call in the future.

Our experience echos an earlier review. Massimo and his team were very professional, met our schedule, were punctual and got the job done quickly. This is a lot more than you get from many contractors. For this we paid a premium but were very satisfied with the outcome.

Our Contractor's painters were horrendous. The finished project was worse then a DIY job! We had ceiling which were plastered poorly, and uneven, with paint roller marks show in our hallway, bathrooms and family room. The trim was not prep properly. The cutting with the brush was terrible with uneven lines where the wall & ceiling met; as well there was wall paint on the door frames!
Our designer was beside herself and recommended Massimo from Executive Touch to come in and save our renovation project! On very short notice Massimo came in and could not believe how this job was left in such a state, and said his crew could bring a complete reversal to the mess! He was true to his word, after 4 1/2 days at our house his crew had completely transformed a botched job to a professional looking finished job.
His crew was clean, neat, on time and very polite! I would recommend his company to anyone who needs a proper paint job. As for the cost yes it was expensive, but you pay for what you get usually and with Executive Touch they deliver, you get your money’s worth, no smoke and mirrors with Massimo.

I referred another contractor to my lovely clients. WHAT A MISTAKE!
Even though , I am an interior designer,having over sixteen years of experience in the field,and have hired and fired many contractors...I trusted this one to do my job. It was not an impossible task- it was an easy task...if one had the correct sub contractors.

Needless to say, I contacted Massimo to repaint, resand, resmooth - just "redo" all the ceilings, walls and trim to a perfect- as possible finish. The clients are now happy- as the past job was simply a botch of a plaster, sand, finish and paint process.

Thanks again for making my clients happy and me too...

As an aside:
The contractor world is getting a bad reputation for untrustworthy con-tractors.
It does not matter who the referral comes from, they subcontract out and the experience changes from great job number one to disaster job number two. The issues are 1) who referred you is not responsible for the work and should not be chastised continuously- as we feel bad enough. 2) WSIB, Insurance companies and referrals cannot assist you- as they change their crews regularly...You can only pray and read Homestars to pull a few needles out of a haystack and interview them. The rest is truly luck!

Massimo and his crew are sheer gold!

Massimo and his team @ Executive Touch came to our rescue when we needed the interior of our new house painted fast! We thought it would be impossible to get the job done before we moved into our new home. Massimo came and gave us a quote (which we thought was very reasonable) and started the very next morning.
His team worked all weekend and the job was completed in 2 1/2 days! 3 days before we were to move in. We can't say enough good things about Executive Touch and will be recommending them to all our friends and family.

Hi just want to say ET painting I give a 9 out 10. The only point is lost over the price being higher then what I expected for my small space. The painters are friendly, professional, punctua,l and very reliable. This qualities are important, specially when you want to put your place on market fast. Last but not least the work was great!

If you are looking for painters on a budget stop reading this review right now because these guys are not for you! If you have cash to burn (you people know who you are!) then you might want to consider giving Massimo and crew a call. In my experience I'd say this company is a good 30% higher than the competition out there. The question is are they worth it? Well, first of all, the competition never bothered to showing up for the job in the first place. In fact, Massimo and crew not only showed up they were never a minute late for each of the four days they came to paint...being punctual goes a long, long way in my books. Extra point! I give these guys a 10/10 for their professionalism. I give them an 8 out of 10 overall because of the "value for money" factor. At the price I paid, I expected a perfect paint job but did not get it. On closer inspection I realized some minor paint splatters on door jams and doors. Worst of all, behind the headboard on my bed was some wall abrasion that was quickly painted over instead of repaired which was promised for all walls. Some other walls could have used extra sanding too but instead were left the way they were. All in all the painting is an excellent job and there is not one single splatter of paint anywhere on the ceilings. Amazing. I just wished they were a bit cheaper or a bit more careful. Recommended with some reservations. 8/10

I met Massimo as I was in the process of purchasing a home in Richmond Hill. The ceiling had popcorn paint that was not sprayed evenly. There were also many issues with the trim and other details around doors/windows that needed to be fixed. The price on the home was heavily reduced as a result.

Massimo and his team were able to turn my sub-standard main floor into a showroom. He brought in two additional employees, and at times there were 4 to 5 people in the home. They were are disciplined, trustworthy and professional.

Some of their work included:
Scraping of 1500 sq feet of stucco ceilings, plastering three coats to get them smooth, installing 12 potlights, repairing all trim work, painting main floor, and adding the crown molding to the ceiling.

He also recommended be to a terrific HVAC guy, Bart, who installed a new AC and filtration system in the home. He recommended the best AC for my house, and helped my choose an air filtration system (HEPA and UV) that best suited our needs.

Again, all of the team was reliable and never once did I feel that there were any issues with professionalism or trust.

It's my intention to use them again for my kitchen and basement renovations later this year.
