Complete window renovation

General Contractors review in Ottawa

I am disappointed by the lack of responsiveness by Canadian Choice windows in the past month.
After a great couple of months initially working with the company, it has been downhill. They did a fantastic job with the window installation, but I can't say the same thing about their doors.
I've contacted the reps repeatedly asking for their installers to take a look at issues I've been having with the doors they installed. This has yet to be rectified.
My confidence in this company has decreased, unfortunately.

General Contractors review in Ottawa

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors is a great company to work with.
Their staff is very knowledgeable and take the time to explain their work and their products. They take the time to visit the site, do a thorough inspection, and provide by the best recommendation they can.

Alex and his team are very reliable and very easy to communicate with. The installers are also very friendly, and will take their time to ensure all their products are installed correctly. I have not seem them cut corners, like some other companies do

I would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for a cost effective and reliable long term product.
