Installers were great! Company is poor...
First off, I'd like to say the contractor/installers Sergei (sp?) and crew were great. They came and replace all the windows in our house and they were punctual and professional and did a great job.
I referred this company to a friend of mine and they went with this company as well. However, it's been over 2 years now and I'm still waiting for my referral bonus. It's only $100 but it's the principal of it. My friend has spoken to them and I've called them a few times and I've given up trying to contact this company for a measly $100 but now I know that they don't honor their own policy and promises.
Sorry but for a measly $100, you've lost any future referrals from me.
