After receiving quotes from a few places, we choose Canadian Windows and Doors because the service, knowledge, professionalism and experience from Oliver was exceptional. We initially choose white windows, but our home is a century and half and Oliver recommended choosing one of the vintage colours of the house to compliment the style and setting of our home.
Oliver was very patient with us while we made our choice and graciously returned to our home twice to allow us to view their colour choices to ensure colour match and customer satisfaction.
Eugene, one of the installers was very professional and friendly; I went to work in the morning and upon my return at 400pm was very surprised to note that there was nothing other than the new windows to suggest there was any renovation work being done in my home. Eugene and his coworker was very neat and careful of the vintage window frames on our walls with no chipping or scratching. Most importantly, there was no dirt or damage to any part of our home bringing in or removing windows.
Oliver and his team will be returning to finish the rest of our windows and we look forward to welcoming them with their expertise and professionalism to maintain the high standards which Canadian Windows and Doors had set for themselves by providing excellent products, value and customer service.
