I chose Applewood Air for their long and reliable company history since 1970s. I purchased new Carrier Furnace and Bosch Tankless with them. Their salesperson and installers are friendly and professional.

From the first call where the receptionist asked me to follow steps and to hopefully avoid a technician, to the initial visit where I was given a range of options with the best value being pointed out, to the friendly and professional installation crew and later follow up, it was a pleasant experience. It is wonderful to come across a company that values client experience rather than pure profit. I have no hesitation in recommending Applewood.

Even though they didn't install it, Applewood had no problem coming in to clean my furnace and humidifier for the winter. The guys were great. They showed up when expected, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire experience was easy to arrange and the people in the office were able to work around my schedule with no trouble. Thank you Applewood, they did a great job.

We purchased a new home and due to the excessive stickers slapped all over the furnace, this company was obviously the installer for this builder. Maybe if you get something installed in your home and they know you are watching the service would be better. Our furnace was a mess. Hole cut too big and skimping on putty so the furnace whistles. Glue dripped all over the top of the furnace and cannot be removed. Crappy tape job, dented furnace door, the a/c unit is not level outside. Not sure why they didn't take the time to install things properly. We called the company and got barked at by the person answering the phone. When we tried to go through the problems, we were met by the "do you want someone to come out or not" attitude. If this workmanship is completely visable, can only imagine what we cannot see. I realize there are warranties but there is no faith in companies that do such sloppy work on the first try. I have had furnaces installed before so I do have comparisons.

I shopped around. Bob came & shared that I didn’t as big a furnace & AC as other companies were suggesting. Install team (Dan & Kevin) on-time, explained things & cleaned up after their work was done.

The service was super great. They were very responsive to my questions and had someone out the next day to provide a quote and had the installation two days later. I had contacted several other companies to compare prices and service and nothing came close to Applewood Air Conditioner. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to replace your A/C.

The salesman was out the same day and provided me with a detailed clear quote which was much less than the competitor. The crew was out to install 2 days later. The installers Dan and & Kevin were friendly / clean and professional. Having been a high end contractor myself for 20 years in Oakville, I can attest to the excellence of their workmanship in every regard. Obviously a team that knows their trade well, not to mention their friendly and accomodating demeanor. What a great experience having them work in my home, which seems to be a rarity these days. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
