We had a positive experience throughout, from the friendly sales staff, to the showroom staff (where we visited to see the actual product) and for the installation. Installation was clean, professional, and well done. We were initially advised that the process could take 8-10 weeks. The door was installed within 3 weeks. Only 'issue', although minor, was that we ordered a multi-point lock but got a single instead. We'll be able to get that deducted from the bill. We had also ordered the security bolt which we are happy with.
