We had ten windows which were candidates for replacement. Brock suggested that we needed only seven new windows as three of them needed only to have the glass replaced. Their competitors tried to sell us complete windows for all ten.
The Brock installers arrived promptly on time (as had the sales and measurements reps). They kept the job site clean and finished on time. There was one small problem which they returned immediately to fix.
I couldn’t ask for more.
