The sales rep Ken was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable and he definitely knew what he was talking about. The installers Mike and Ryan were very friendly and kept me informed as they worked. I had 13 windows installed and the front and back door replaced. They completed the project in 2 days. I absolutely love my front door and so happy with it. I did wait 13 weeks from the day we placed the order to have the project completed and was advised this was due to the increase in orders for people to get the government rebate. Overall I was impressed with the Customer service from everyone I have dealt with at Brock and the quality of the products installed.
