When our chimney was rebuilt, the shingles were not adjusted properly. These guys removed the old flashings and shingles. They installed an ice & water shield around 2 chimneys with new shingles. They also repaired some animal damage. This will now prevent the leaks. Thank you!!!

Gary came in and gave me lots of good information and a reasonable quote on a new furnace. Since my home lost heat, he helped keep it warm until the install date. Santos and Mike did the install. They left with the furnace room clean and looking great. Since they were drilling a hole in the wall for the new furnace, they also increased the size of the laundry exhaust out for safety's sake. Northwood is a fantastic company to deal with. Customer service is excellent. Good job by all. Thanks guys.

I spoke with Dave and he came by to look at the chimneys and gave me an estimate. His estimate was much more reasonable than two other companies I spoke to. I asked to see their insurance and they provided it without any hassle. Two guys showed up on a Saturday to begin the disassembly of the chimney and they finished up the rebuild of the main chimney and repair on the 2nd chimney on the Monday. Hadrien did the work and we are very pleased. It looks great. Overall, dealing with Red Robin has been a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU!

Jian Yu came over and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He figured there was a leak due to a blockage in the pipe. He cleared the blockage and soldered on a better pipe. Problem solved. Great job!

Joe and Mike came over to replace the old fuse box with a circuit breaker panel. They also tested all outlets and fixed the dangerous ones. They intalled 4 compact flourescent bulbs where loose lightbulbs were dangling. They also provided a lot of tips and advice on further upgrades in the future. Great guys and a job well done. Thanks.

First of all, I dealt with Maria on the phone to arrange the move. She was very informative and gave me confidence that this was a good moving company (after all the moving horror stories I read about other companies). On the day of the move, I was lucky to get three great movers, Patrick, Joe and Pedro. Each of them were extremely hardworking, friendly and focused on customer service. I was very impressed that they wrapped every piece of furniture before moving it, ensuring there was no damage to the furniture. I paid around $1500 for moving from a 3-bedroom condo to a house. I will definitely use them again because I've had some bad moving experiences prior to this. Thanks Patrick, Joe, Pedro and Maria!
