We were very pleased with the work that Solutions Electrical did in installing our new smoke detectors and new basement lighting including fixtures, switches and plugs. Our overall experience was great and it began with the call I made to the office where the receptionist was very helpful. Tony called back quickly and as we discussed the scope of work he was very accommodating. Joe arrived as scheduled, explained all the work being done including assuring us that it was all legal and being done to code. He worked straight through the job with no breaks and couldn't have been more pleasant. Thanks goes to Frank who my son and I met at the CNE - my son still talks of him and the time he took speaking with us. I would use Solutions Electrical again anytime I need electrical work done and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done in their home. Considering the scope of the job this was an incredibly positive experience ! Frank spent 90 minutes walking me through the job and explaining everything they were going to do. His quote was half as much both in time and cost as my local contractors. The guys were professional, pleasant to be around for a week, and they really went the extra mile to minimize damage to the walls. They finished the job on time and the price I paid was exactly as quoted !!

Doing what we thought would be a very easy changeover, we ended up with no power to some of our switches and lights and could not figure out what was wrong. And to boot, the breakers were blowing. Jason from Solutions Electrical came in and did a super job of fixing our problem.

I contacted Solutions after reading great reviews. They were one of several companies that I contacted and their response was the most professional. After setting up a meeting for Tony to come to my home and give me an estimate I booked to have my fixtures installed the following week. The team arrived and did an excellent job. They were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I was billed exactly as estimated and I would definately use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I contacted Solutions Electric for the first time when we moved to our new home to add a new outlet and again when our AC was not functioning due to an electric panel issue. Both times the team arrived on time; they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As someone with limited electric knowledge I really appreciated that their service providers took the time to explain what they will do and I was very satisfied with their services. I contacted only one company, the most professional, reliable and trusworthy company, the service received was more than expected. A detailed report with solutions was provided and no pressure what so ever to fix all or any. Safety was my prioity and we were on the same page, the whole job was conduted with the utmost professionalism and the crew headed by Jason are a credit to the comany. This is the second time I have called Solutions for electrical work on our house. Once again I was amazed by the professional manner and quality of work. I am adding air conditioning to our home and needed 2 separate circuits and breakers run for the condenser and air handler. They completed the work in a short amount of time. I purchased an older house with (what I thought) was a roughed-in basement kitchen. I called up Solutions Electrical to have them finish the job for me. They arrived the next day and discovered serious problems with what was "roughed in" by the previous owners. They were able to correct the problems with minimal disturbance to the existing drywall. They arrived on time, were extremely efficient, courteous and took the time to walk me through everything they were doing.
