Once again we were fortunate to have John as our technician for our furnace and A/C maintenance. John, as on his previous visit, took his time on the job and was very thorough. He was more than willing to answer questions that did not apply specifically to the work at hand. We continue to be very pleased with the service provided by Reliance (and, of course, by John) and look forward to seeing him again next year.

We were very happy with the services provided by Roman and Clara. Roman initially provided us with some options for a sidewalk extension at the side of our home and actually encouraged us to not take the more expensive option. Clara provided a wonderful selection of plants for our front-yard garden. The work was done efficiently and according to schedule. The crew was extremely polite and rarely seemed to stop working. We highly recommend BCH and will certainly use them again for future landscaping needs.

From the initial sales presentation by Mike to the completion of the job by Jacob and Matthew, we were extremely impressed with the honest and professional approach presented by this company. When Jacob realized that he would be unable to complete the job in one day due to inclement weather, he said it would be "his pleasure" to return in two days (on a Saturday) to complete the work. We are completely satisfied with the result and would also like to thank Angela for providing us with tips to keep the doors in good working order. Thanks to all for a job well done!

Reliance was not the original installer of our furnace/AC since they were not located in our area at the time. Our installation company is no longer in business but I was very fortunate to find Reliance just a few minutes away from my home. The technician (John) inspected the thermostat and was very knowledgeable, realizing immediately that the equipment was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Within two days we had a new thermostat. John provided us with a great deal of useful information about the proper use of the equipment. He was even available by phone later that day for a follow-up concern. I intend to use the services of Reliance for all of my future home comfort needs.

This company has been renamed Oakville Designers Plus with the same owner. I have tried to get follow-up service after a major renovation done by Kitchen Designers Plus. I have been told that since they now a different company (albeit with the same owner) they have no obligations to provide assistance. Mysteriously, our file has gone missing.
