From the initial sales presentation by Mike to the completion of the job by Jacob and Matthew, we were extremely impressed with the honest and professional approach presented by this company. When Jacob realized that he would be unable to complete the job in one day due to inclement weather, he said it would be "his pleasure" to return in two days (on a Saturday) to complete the work.
