I bought a century old Victorian 3 years ago and one of the exterior walls had no siding, just shingles that were falling apart and no insulation to boot. All of a sudden we noticed bees coming into the house and realized that the wall had to get done as the bees were getting cozy in all those cracks. I got a quote from one of the big roofing companies with tons of good reviews in HomeStars but their quote was super expensive. I decided to hire Mario at the recommendation of my roofer. Mario's quote was much more reasonable, he came at the appointed date and finished the job on time and added foam board insulation which made a world of difference to the warmth of the house. He is a busy guy and sometimes hard to reach but once he commits he does an excellent and professional job. Thanks Mario for making the exterior wall look great and for making our house much warmer!

After getting two outrageous quotes from the big companies with tons of great reviews in HomeStars, I decided to give my local roofer a chance and crossed my fingers. I thank my lucky stars that I hired Joe, a roofer with at least 30 years experience. He did an awesome job on my flat roof and pitched roof at a third of the price that was quoted by the other two companies. He came on time each day with his crew and did not increase his price even though my roof had all kinds of issues once they took out the old shingles. My house extension feels so much warmer now that he added insulation to my flat roof. He also added vents and cleaned my eaves without charging me extra. He talked us through the whole process and had no problems answering questions. Thank you so much Joe! I'll be recommending you to all my friends in the area.

We recently purchased a 100 year old Victorian and we wanted to have a gas line installed for the BBQ. I called Mags on a recommendation from a friend and he was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. It was a complicated job as the line had to run along the siding of the house and he informed me re: all the laws and regulations about the type of pipe needed. He came back that same week to install it and he called later on to check that we were satisfied. His rates are reasonable and I trusted him enough to leave him in my house while I went back to work.
