I was referred to Mags by the company that installed my tankless water heater, furnace and a/c. He was courteous and professional and very patient. He saw my problem immediately and had the lines drain correctly into the stack. He is reliable, precise, quick and cleaned up!

When we had some follow-up work, he came back immediately and took care of everything at no cost. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and he's also a lot of fun to work with. Magnus was hired to change our dead A/C, busted hot water tank and extremely old mid efficiency furnace. Also we needed someone to move the water meter as it was blocking the furnace entirely and also remove the water softener. To be honest, Magnus is 1 in a million as it was nearly impossible to find an HVAC tech who is also qualified as a plumber. He did an excellent job and was quick to install. We had an issue with the humidifier being defective and he came and replaced it on his own time (Sunday afternoon). He is really good and easy to deal with, i would highly recommend him to anyone requiring HVAC or plumbing services.

Once again, great reliable service from a very trustworthy guy. Super-nice to boot. Good communication and showed up on time. When it came time to order a unit, he wasn't familiar with the specific one that I had researched, but he took the time to speak with the tech engineer at LG to ensure it was the right model for the job.

I had been without hot water for 6 days and could not trace the source of the problem. I called Mag and he made time in his schedule to come and have a look. By this point I was sure that the problem was with the hot water heater and was prepared to be told that I needed a replacement. Mag was very thorough and advised me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater and continued his investigation until he found the problem. He needed a part, so he went out to pick it up and within 10 minutes he was back and the problem solved. I am thrilled to have hot water again, but more importantly, I am very grateful for Mag's honesty and his trouble shooting skills. I could very easily have ended up with a much more expensive repair in the form of an unnecessary new hot water heater. I will definitely be calling Mag in the future. This is the 3rd time we have used Mags and he has proven himself to be an effective, efficient and individual. We had scheduled Mags to install a Takagi tankless water heater in our house. He came to our house and did a thorough examination as to how he would plan it to work or if it would even work at all. He showed us how he was going to do it and explained how it was going to be done. But as a homestar user, I am sure that we all know that execution of the project is what is important and this is where he shines. He came in on time and started working away and it took him 1 1/2 days vowing to finish on that second day until it was completed. He was finished in time before I was even able to make it home at 5:45! On top of that, he leaves no trace of his presence, cleaning up after himself after all of his jobs. After a quick but careful study of my existing mechanical system, Mags provided a soundly explained recommendation that is specific to my need on-the-spot, without trying to sell me a more costly system that has no economic or functional benefits in my case. Despite a difficult installation due to tight space and weather, Mags and his team were cheerful and friendly the whole time, and demonstrated his resourcefulness as he resolved any unexpected site conditions we encounted. As he was working, Mags also explained carefully what he was doing, why he was doing it, and answered any questions that I had. After the installation was completed, they cleaned up the site better than it was. The tankless has been running smoothly for a couple of months now, and I am equally happy with the job Mags did to thoroughly clean the boiler before winter. new supply of rads and ac unit also. job was done reasonably well. the house was persistently cold in the winter so I had to get another rad installed. I'm not sure how the calculation for my rad requirements was first made.
