Joe & Joe Roofing

1, What happened.
Just completed work and but my wife paid out soon... On Second day, we found some issues of their work and required an roofing appraiser to assess their work quality.
2. But their attitude is very bad and rude to refuse our requirement although they promise 5 years warranty for their workmanship.
Summary: it is just a small company composed of two persons who do some jobs for grass-cut and snow-shoveled job sometimes ... We are very, very disappointed to offer the roofing renewal job to them!

Joe and Joe are locals to Downtown West, referred by a neighbour and they came quickly, did a wonderful job and it's just now needing some revision or perhaps replacement soon.

Before I book them again, for this small roof and a much larger one near it, I wanted to give a long-term review; most people chime in right after the job is done, but this review is based on over 20 years of service.

They're faboulous folk who do great work.

I paid 6000.00 dollars to replace intire roof
5 years ago by a no name company year later the shingles start falling down I call joe and came to take a look to let me know what's was wrong with it because only 4 years has been past since
I was told that the shingles where naild wrong
And the best he can do was to be done replacing with all new shingles
I agree he charge me 4000.00 dollars I was so happy to find joe he gave me god job and the best price thanks joe keep it up big hug

This is the second roof (different house) that I have had Joe do for me. First time, I had 3 quotes and Joe came in at about half the price of the other 2 - I took a chance and he did an amazing professional job on a very steep roof with 3 previous layers of shingle to be removed. Now, 5 years later, I hired Joe to re-shingle the roof on my current house. Joe and his crew are always professional and they take pride in their work. They DO NOT cut corners. The job was finished quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. In between these jobs, Joe has come by when I called him for minor leaks, etc., and he has given free advice and has done free minor repairs. Just a super guy - hardworking and full of energy and stories.

Contacted Joe about giving me a quote to do my roof on my old garage (which had real sizeable holes and severe leaking issues). He came by and gave a quote that was much cheaper than the big guys (and to do it properly, ie, rip off old roof).
After deciding to hire him, it was a slight challenge getting in touch with him, but once I did, he had the job done within 2 days. The job was completed with care, and no shortcuts were taken (that I could tell). In fact, in accessing certain areas to finish the task, his crew did extra work.
I would definitely hire him again (and am trying to for a small fix on my main roof).

After getting two outrageous quotes from the big companies with tons of great reviews in HomeStars, I decided to give my local roofer a chance and crossed my fingers. I thank my lucky stars that I hired Joe, a roofer with at least 30 years experience. He did an awesome job on my flat roof and pitched roof at a third of the price that was quoted by the other two companies. He came on time each day with his crew and did not increase his price even though my roof had all kinds of issues once they took out the old shingles. My house extension feels so much warmer now that he added insulation to my flat roof. He also added vents and cleaned my eaves without charging me extra. He talked us through the whole process and had no problems answering questions. Thank you so much Joe! I'll be recommending you to all my friends in the area.

We not only got our flat roof done by Joe & Joe Roofing, but he was also able to fix our chimney and skylight. He's very trustworthy and good at what he does. If you want to get the job done, and right and for an affordable cost this is definitely a company you would like to call. We've made several referrals to family and friends, and all have been just as impressed with their work as us!
