We had an old insert gas fireplace surrounded by a wall of brick and very large hearth made of bricks. Once we removed all the bricks we were left with an off-centre non-symmetrical firebox hole in our basement wall. We had a vision of what we wanted and were very nervous that we could find someone that could execute it all. We did our research on HomeStars and were impressed with the reviews for Sonny. We called Sonny and setup a visit to our home. From the moment we met Sonny we knew we were in good hands. Sonny is very patient and expertly answered all of our many questions. He is a wonderful professional to work with. We explained what we wanted which was not a very straightforward job and Sonny brainstormed with us on how to achieve it. After a few weeks of discussions via phone and emails (sending pictures back and forth) we settled on a design which included: a new zero clearance fireplace vented through the chimney with an approved adapter, framing around the fireplace creating a new 12 foot insulated wall with symmetrical recessed panels on each side, plus a custom molded cast stone mantel. Sonny spoke to his team to determine the final pricing. The quotes for the jobs were very competitive and we decided to proceed with Sonny and his team to do the work. Sonny co-ordinated with his team and us and everything proceeded smoothly. The gas fireplace installers were efficient, clean and did a great job. The framer was excellent and was able to transform the space into a wonderful new wall area. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions asked and made sure the job was proceeding as we expected. His attention to detail and neatness were very much appreciated. The mantel creator/installer did an amazing job at creating the custom mantel that we asked for. The mantel installation was done perfectly and neatly and put the final touches on a beautiful new fireplace area! We highly recommend Sonny and his team to take care of your fireplace projects. We had our driveway repaved at the end of last summer, plus the removal of a very thick concrete walkway and a long concrete driveway curb. Joe came out to see the job and provide a quote. Joe is a wonderful professional to deal with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He also went above and beyond to make sure it would be easy for us to complete the landscaping portion before they would pave the new driveway. Joe made a detailed sketch of the job on the contract so that the excavation crew knew exactly what to do. The excavation crew were amazing and followed Joe's diagram to complete the removals exactly as detailed. Joe promised that they would call a week in advance to schedule a paving date. True to his word we got the call and we asked if we could push out the paving date due to delays with our landscape project. West York was very accommodating and pushed the date out for us. Joe arrived first on paving day and made sure the area was ready. The paving crew arrived shortly after and went straight to work. It was easy to tell that they are a very experienced hard working crew that knew exactly what they were doing. The end result was a beautifully paved driveway. Joe even stayed behind afterwards to give me some tips on how to properly take care of the new driveway. We were completely satisfied with Joe and the West York team! We highly recommend West York!

We had such a positive experience with Clera a few years ago when we replaced our front and side doors that without hesitation called them to replace our basement windows and garage window. Our second experience with Clera was just as great if not better. Ron took great care of us from the sales side of things from start to finish. Diego was our installer and did a fantastic job. He expertly installed all of the windows with great attention to detail. Diego tarped up inside and had a great system to ensure the home was kept clean while performing the installation. From the moment I met Armando I knew I was in good hands. He was very patient and expertly answered all of my many questions. On the day of the installation I was very impressed as Armando's crew started by completely tarping the floor from our door to the workarea. Plus they made a tent like enclosure around the workarea to minimize the concrete dust from traveling around the house. The crew did a great job. Very professional and neat. Once finished and cleaned up it was as if no one had been there. The only evidence is the new concrete and opening cover in the floor that houses the back water valve. Armando explained how to maintain the back water valve and gave me a demonstration. Amazing work! Thank you Armando and crew!

I have been a satisfied Dr. Green customer for many years. All promised services are carried out each year. If any extra re-sprays were ever required there were no issues on it being done. Our lawn is in much healthier shape than before becoming a Dr. Green customer. The lawn staff and customer service staff are always friendly and professional and take pride in their jobs. I have no complaints and would recommend Dr. Green to anyone looking for a lawn care company.
