Installed a heat pump sept 29 2023, It is now blowing cold air. I have been trying to contact the company through email and phone. Its been a week without my heat pump to warm my house. Still nothing. its February and I am cold!
The install team did very shoddy work especially with the house seal and they tried to take my 1 year old central air unit saying it was trash, I know its not and already had the unit spoken for. I had to get someone out to redo the air seal. They didn't even have a ladder with them to do upper windows, I had to borrow one from my neighbour for them to be able to complete their job. Sloppy work and very poor verbal communication.
Energy Solutions rep told me that I way overpaid for what I got and that he is suspicious that the heat pump was a used unit.
