I contacted Tan two days before and was able to do the work the same week on a Sat. Tan arrived on time . Did a great job. I am very pleased with work. Would highly recommend. Very pleasant gentleman . Thank you Tan. (Parts were needed and extra, I was warned. before hand and Tan came prepared after seeing the photo of the hardware that came with the grab bars as they were not good enough to support weight. )

Tan came and assessed the situation before giving me a quote, came multiple times to complete the repairs of my water damaged ceiling, and graciously revised the quote when less work was required. Overall, very satisfied.

I reached out to Tan early in the week to replace my 3 toilet valves and to do some caulking in my stand up shower.
He is wonderful guy and very polite over the phone.
Very punctual and on time with the meeting time.
He is certainly a perfectionist with his work and keep the surrounding enviriment clean during his repairs. No games over the phone he gave me a very reasonable price. Other guys out there charge you a show up fee...or tell you I need see before I can quote you. Anyhow 2 later everything completed and he doubled checked everything....I recommend him to anyone looking for good handy man.

Tan has recently come to my home to repair a damaged door frame. We agreed on a convenient time for me and he arrived exactly at the time discussed.
