I needed a deck board replaced. My deck board was split and the deck screws were rusted and stripped. Tan responded to the job request right away and came to replace it very quickly. I am happy with the results.

Tan is an absolutely lovely guy who clearly loves what hes doing but we had some difficulty with the quality of his work. We reached out to him to install a banister and switch a bathroom door from opening inwards to opening outwards (all on a tight timeline). He promptly and kindly replied, gave us a call, and came for a quote within a day.

Weve only given him 3 stars because he seems to lack some experience and attention to detail. In terms of our bannister- he installed a lovely set (see photos) which matched our other stairs but it turns out that the rails are too far apart to be up to code. We will need to have them fixed at some point.

The bathroom door was quite an ordeal. Tan was able to switch it, but left the door stopper in the wrong spot, didnt patch the holes left in the trim, and didnt glue the door after shaving it down. When we called him to come back and fix the door he was very understanding and came but brought the wrong parts. We went out to buy the proper pieces ourselves and he installed them, but the work was left patchy (see photo) and we will also need to have this fixed. The inside of the door currently falls out when we try and close it, so we may even need to have the whole door replaced.

We felt torn to write this review because we really think Tan is a good guy, but we were not totally satisfied with his work.

The doors in my housing were nearly falling off the hinges the service was perform efficiently and came at a good cost!

Tan did a really great job installing my stove top, just moved into my new place and was really excited to get it up in running to complete my renovations would definitely recommend him for jobs you need done around your house!!

Tan did a great job and quickly upgraded our bathroom to have pot lights. His work is clean, well done and executed ahead of schedule.

Bathtub caulking was done very well, was having a lot of issues with water overflow and mould but this seems to have completely fixed the issues we were having!! Would definitely call Tan again!

Tan responded to my inquiry within minutes. He as accommodating and wanted to ensure that both jobs we hired him for were done to our satisfaction. I will be sure to call Tan for any other handyman work we need done.

Tan redid the caulk in our bathtub. Good quality of work, prompt and professional service.

Tan was the professional and polite individual who came to my rental unit to do a couple of repairs. He did them efficiently and efficiently. Highly recommended to people who is looking for clean and reliable work around their home/house. Great guy with skills.

Needed some paint work done in and out of the house. Tan was very professional and accurate in his estimate for the amount of paint needed and time needed for the works. Highly recommend his services. He is very respectful, responsible and punctual.
