I looked into various ways to dispose of an old hot tub and found that Canada Junk was willing to do it for the best price and least work on my part. I was also pleased that they serve the Uxbridge area because not all companies do. Two guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and efficient. After loading the hot tub they still had some room on the truck so they also took away some additional junk I wanted to get rid of at no additional cost. I will call this company again in the future if I need stuff taken away.

I decided on the spur of the moment to have someone come and take my old shed to the dump instead of doing it myself. I went on Canada Junk's website and booked a removal for 3 hours later. The guys showed up promptly (within 23 mins of the time - there's a 2 hour window) and gave me an estimate that was fair given their website prices and better then one of the 'other guys' website. They had the shed in their truck in about 12 mins. The credit card payment was quick and easy and after seeing how much space it took up in the truck I was so happy they did it instead of me. It was easy to book, they were on time, fair, courtesy and quick! I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks guys!

What a great company very professional. I had a groupon for half a load cody and scotty carefully and honestly explained that I had much more than half a load and gave me a fair price. I had them back twice since and received the same great service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! STAY CLEAR! I made 3 appointments with this company. The first two they didn't show up, nor did they call me to re arrange. The third time, my contractor tells me they showed up and said the job was too big, but they didn't even go into the back yard to see what the job was!!! When I called Brian at their office, he was very argumentative and said he was not to blame. I told him I wanted a refund as I did not want to deal with an unprofessional company. His response, "I don't want to deal with unprofessional customers". INCREDIBLE! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Fabrizo, thank you for your comments. As a groupon voucher holder I am concerned that the terms and conditions were not clear. Firstly, we did call to re arrange the first appointment that was cancelled due to the weather conditions this winter and road closures. We did discuss at this time that the debris was buried under the snow and not accessible as well. We did arrive at the scheduled time however, the contractor did not know what debris was to be removed, the voucher was taped to the door, and no arrangements had been made to collect the taxes owing on the voucher. The contractor, the removal team, and myself attempted to contact you and waited 30 minutes. We left a message with you that was not returned for 5 days. Furthermore, the total amount of construction debris grossly exceeded the value of the voucher. As an organization, we have over 10 years experience in the junk removal business and a 97% approval rating at Groupon. Given the circumstances, I feel that the there was a misunderstanding of the terms and conditions of the Groupon voucher and as we communicate with all our customers that someone has to be on-site for us to remove your debris. Furthermore, we did extend you the opportunity to refund your voucher with Groupon. Kindly, Brian.

Canada Junk Removal Inc. didn't show up for the first two appointments we scheduled (no calls to indicate cancellation or reschedule) and finally showed up 2 hours late for the third. Two guys showed up in a dinky truck already half full with junk and managed to fill the rest of the truck with our junk within half an hour. I bought a $60 coupon from TeamBuy for a half-truck junk removal ($348 value) that's supposed to cover "an entire apartment or garage clean-out". Upon completion of the services, they were unwilling to take the coupon, stating that they removed more than half a truck but were willing to "give us a deal by waiving the taxes" and forcing us to pay $300. I now hesitate to use their services again with our unused coupon.

I hired Canada Junk Removal after the previous company bailed on me. Brian and Josh came to give me an estimate, and once agreed started to remove everthing immediately. My dad and I were impressed at how quickly they got things done. They were friendly professional, and definitely knew what they were doing, were definitely prepared, unlike the previous company I hired. They were very accomodating, and helped my father and I out of a jam. The estimate they gave was what we paid, there were no other hidden costs. I would definitely reccommend this company. I had a pile of rubbish on my driveway from yard work and house cleaning. Canada Junk Removal came in and cleaned everything up beautifully. The showed up when they said they would. They got back to me when they said they would. They did the job as promised and kept me in the loop. I highly recommend them.

We found out about Canada Junk Removal through a Groupon deal. Found the service to be excellent - communication around the time of service was good, they arrived right on time, and completed the work quickly. I would recommend them.

company failed to show up for scheduled appointment originally. no call from the company to advise or to reschedule. called company and they seemed very disorganized. no valid answer provided. told to call back to reschedule a new appointment. several months later went to schedule a new appointment and was advised that they simply do not cover the area that i am in. even though clearly stated in voucher that they did. very frustrating. waste of time. would never even consider using them again.

Hi Todd, I am very concerned to hear about this comment. We do service Oakville however, a number of our vouchers that were purchased this summer stated that the removal had to occur in the city that it was purchased. Unfortunately, Burlington was not in the servicing area. Our third party vendor guaranteed 100% refund for our customers that did not understand the terms and conditions of the promotional voucher. As I understand, a small number of customers refunded their voucher and every customer received their money back.
