    prompt courteous service

    Purchased Groupon to dispose of two large sofa (one sofabed) and a huge 200 plus lb TV. Visited website to check size of truck and confirmed via email with Brian that half truck would fit these items. Two gentlemen arrived on scheduled time, removed shoes and took items from second floor careful not to damage any walls or floors. Thank you.

    Junk Removal

    So pleased with the service from first contact. Removed a very heavy sofa for me. They arrived on time and very quick. If i need further service would use this company again. Thanks so much!

    Pick up broken dryers in basement and junk in garage

    1.5 hours late, one guy had dried mud on his boots which left clumps everywhere he walked and they left one of the two broker dryers they were supposed to pick up - supposedly because they wanted to protect my floors and also because they said they needed a special dolly to move the dryer. My two brothers-in-law had no problem bringing the same dryer down to my basement, with absolutely no equipment! When I called the office to complain, the person on the phone apologized and said he would send another truck to pick up the dryer. A day before the scheduled day, I get a call from the same guy saying "You know you have to pay again, don't you?" Supposedly because I had already used up the 1/4-truck I had paid for, although of course there was no way of actually confirming this. I told him this was not the conversation we had a few days before, no mention then of an extra charge, just a promise to set things right. So I just cancelled the pick up. Highly unprofessional and lacking in integrity. Stay away from this company.

    removal of an old hot tub

    The work to remove the 8 man coast spa needed a sawsall and expert cutting to dissect the acrylic tub into 6 pieces.. the ruined insulation was piling up and was an irritant as well as the odd bee. The work was carried out in workman like fashion and the debris was picked up and removed to the best of the workmen's ability.. The work was done quickly and the workmen were both social and pleasant during this task,

    Clearing soil and sod

    I was impressed by the confirming call and emails letting me know when they were coming ! They were fast quick friendly and yes I would recommend them !!!

    Removal of an old sofa from our apartment and removal of left over laminate flooring from our locker.

    Excellent and punctual service and reasonable cost for this job. We will be using your service again for future junk removal. Thank you for your good work.

    Storage Locker Clean-out

    Met 2 friendly employees at my storage locker for clean-out. They packed the truck very carefully and were more than happy to make 2 drop-off stops. I got a call saying that some furniture was saved for re-use centre before transfer station drop-off. Very fair price too. I even received a call from owner to say that a computer was found in one of the boxes-very good service!

    MOVING

    THE GUYS SHOWED UP ALMOST EXACTLY AT THEIR SCHEDULED TIME WHICH WAS BOOKED BY PHONE AND CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL OVER A WEEK BEFORE. MY WIFE PURCHASED 1/2 TRUCKLOAD OF REMOVAL AND 2 HRS OF WHICH THE GUYS SPENT APPROXIMATELY 30 MINS. UPON COMPLETION, THEY SAID THER REMOVAL WAS MORE THAN 1/2 TRUCK AND WANTED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $100 - WE SETTLED ON $60. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT 1/2 TRUCKLOAD AMOUNTED TO AND DID NOT APPRECIATE THE OVERCHARGE AFTER THE STUFF WAS REMOVED, HENCE THE REASON FOR MY 3 STAR RESPONSE.
