MY TENNANT WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT COLD COMING TO THE BASEMENT.i called Alpha-Tech for a THERMAL iNSPECTION OF THE BASEMENT.we agreed on 200 dollars. DAVE CAME THE NEXT DAY ON TIME AND DID THE COMPLETE THERMAL SCAN OF THE WHOLE HOUSE AND EVEN MY ELECTRICAL PANEL. I GOT MY SCAN RESAULTS ON SITE AND BECAUSE OF THE TIME ( almost 3 hours) and the profesioncy of the inspection , I gladly paid 250 For the job . I certainly recommand Alpha Tech to every one.
