MY TENNANT WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT COLD COMING TO THE BASEMENT.i called Alpha-Tech for a THERMAL iNSPECTION OF THE BASEMENT.we agreed on 200 dollars. DAVE CAME THE NEXT DAY ON TIME AND DID THE COMPLETE THERMAL SCAN OF THE WHOLE HOUSE AND EVEN MY ELECTRICAL PANEL. I GOT MY SCAN RESAULTS ON SITE AND BECAUSE OF THE TIME ( almost 3 hours) and the profesioncy of the inspection , I gladly paid 250 For the job . I certainly recommand Alpha Tech to every one. Wanted to sell my house after 7 years. As a friend of family suggested a pre-inspection before listing the house. I did not want to do it ,but thanks to my lovely wife who made the right decision for all of us. We hired Alpha Tech. Mehrdad was on time. That was a good thing. He said it would take him almost 3 hours to do the proper inspection, but he left after 4 1/2 hours. That was another good thing. We got the report on site.Next day started doing the few minor repairs, and a major one (roof) . Next 2 weeks was renovation time. #rd week , the house was listed.And after 10 days, the house was gone. I am very happy with Alpha Tech and i %100 recommand them to everyone. thanks and God bless

I was purchasing my first house and had no idea what to look for when buying a house. Alpha Tech was recommended to me by a Property Manager,. I was impressed to find out that this company used infrared camera as a part of their inspection. I was interested in purchasing a 3 bdroom house that was 1 1/2 year old. I was not only please with the prompt and friendly customer service but surprised by the detailed inspection report that was provided. They found that there was a moajor moisture problem in the finished basement. in addition, poor insultation in one of the bedroom walls. As a result of their findings, I negotiated a lower price with the sellers to include the cost of the repairs. I was so happy with the knowledge that Alpha Tech provided me. I would gladly recommend that all purchaser use them.
