Imran arrived promptly at the time he initially reported to me. He greeted me by showing his business card and reminding me that he was from Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs.
He got to work immediately servicing/cleaning the fireplace. He fixed the valve for me, which he wasn't required to do. He encouraged me to watch him work so that he could explain each step to me and how the fireplace operates. I was grateful this.
Imran is a true professional who appears to love his job. Most important to him it seems, is ensuring that his customers are happy with his service. He cleaned up what little mess was made during the service. It was a fantastic experience working with Imran. I will only be calling Imran for my fireplace needs moving forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
