My wife and I needed new doors quite badly for our side and front entrance. We also needed a new back door for the garage. Working with John was easy and he was professional. He made a number of suggestions re: style of doors and the glass as well. He was patient with our decision making process and was always respectful. The installation team was neat, tidy, and did an excellent job. I will be getting A&J to do my windows when the time comes.

Working with Hi-Lite Electric right from the outset was as pleasant an experience as one could have when replacing a panel in an emergency situation. I spoke with Angie and she was very professional, assuring me that she would send an electrician immediately to assess my situation. Matthew showed up promptly and told me the steps required to proceed. Once Matthew and his team (Luciano, Steve, another apprentice) showed up to do the work, they did so very efficiently and effectively. Having them work on my home was an excellent decision, and I would strongly recommend them to any friend or family member in need of electrical work.

Imran arrived promptly at the time he initially reported to me. He greeted me by showing his business card and reminding me that he was from Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs. He got to work immediately servicing/cleaning the fireplace. He fixed the valve for me, which he wasn't required to do. He encouraged me to watch him work so that he could explain each step to me and how the fireplace operates. I was grateful this. Imran is a true professional who appears to love his job. Most important to him it seems, is ensuring that his customers are happy with his service. He cleaned up what little mess was made during the service. It was a fantastic experience working with Imran. I will only be calling Imran for my fireplace needs moving forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I sent Templar a message online and they called me within 24 hours to schedule a free quote. I spoke with Rob, who was very knowledgeable, and explained what typical asbestos inspection and removal involved. Dave showed up to my house at the scheduled time and really investigated all the nooks and crannies of the house. He recommended that I test some floor and ceiling tiles with an independent agency (as it would save me money), which was very nice of him. He took many notes, and answered all of my questions. He let me know that a quote would be to me within 72 hours. Sure enough, Rob contacted me with a very reasonable quote. He estimated that the work would take two full days which involved: removal of asbestos from basement floor, ceiling tiles, and heat shield. Also, removal of all asbestos from the 10 heat registers in the house. Full basement demo, which included removal of all wood paneling, studs, insulation (it was old), raised subfloor. They got the work done in two days, and cleaned everything up. Dave even swept my driveway for errant wood chips and/or nails. Highly recommend.
