We bought our first house 2 years ago and have had problems with leaks since the first couple of months. We've been through 2 roofers and 1 eaves company trying to resolve the issue. When we still had problems our dozens of phone calls were ignored by the 2 roofers and the work on the eaves was sloppy and incomplete. A friend referred us to Fixer on the Roof. , From the start we had excellent service. Arther, Eddy and the rest of the crew did a thorough, detailed job. Our roof is complicated...It has a victorian slope, a dormer and a flat roof. The other roofers rushed through it in a day or two. Arthur, Eddy and the rest of the crew were very professional and meticulous. Our contractor who is building our terrace rarely recommends roofers but was so impressed by the quality of the work done by Fixer on the Roof that he is recommending them in the future.
Trish and everyone we spoke to on the phone and emailed were extremely pleasent and helpful. We have been so stressed with this reno and what the other companies have put us through. I can't begin to thank each and everyone who works there for finally taking care of our leaks.
