Our daycare had a big leak through the roof. The roofer came right the way after my call, gave me a great explanation of the job required to fix this problem . The company accommodated our time line and afterwards they follow up to review the results. We had few rainy heavy rains their right after and no leak :)

Noticed water overflowing our eaves trough. Fixer came out and fixed the issue, as well as identifying other issues that if left would've ended with water damage. Very thorough, fast, and reliable.

In and out in a day! Very impressed. were very upfront about costs and documented a problem they hadn't expected with photos that made it very easy to make a decision to move ahead. The one thing that they forgot to do was fixed promptly after I sent an email to them asking for it to be fixed. Great Job, Great company!

My roof was leaking in two places: around the chimney and an air vent. The said they fixed the problem, I paid them, the roof continued to leak. When I called to complain, they said too bad we don't warranty our work. I paid them $600 for nothing. Shameful.

We did the repair on this roof in 2010 and gave a 90 day warranty letting you know that this was temporary and the roof needed replacing we came back again when the leak was coming from the same spot and said again the roof needs replacing. Your wife said she was happy and we always answer our phone and are more than willing to help. You cannot think it is fair that we repair again after we let you know your entire roof needed to be replaced and to post 3 years later is very low. take care Team Fixer

I have had ongoing "mystery"leaks since my townhouse was built. Turns out the builder warranty is no longer valid so I called these guys to fix the leak sources, wen I saw them fixing my neighbours skylight. The roofer let me know it was something called a tying in issue where two differnt roofs meet in my case cedar roof and flat roof there wasn't proper flashing or water proofing done!I am grateful because I don't need a new roof...yet...now I know who to call for an honest opinion!

The roof on our rental property sprung a leak. It was important to get the work done fast by Friday, as due to the impending weather, we would expect more water damage come Monday. The guys got in there quickly and shored up the problem in under two hours. That's faster than some food deliveries I've had. Job well done!

We have a skylight which was leaking and needed to be repaired, and after seeing the many positive recommendations for Fixer on the Roof at HomeStars, decided to have them do the work. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The process was incredibly quick: I called in the morning, and within a few hours someone had popped around to my house, evaluated the situation, and phoned me with a quote for the repair. I was worried that someone might say "oh, you need a new (and expensive) skylight", but that wasn't the case here. Fixer explained that the skylight was fine, but the initial installation hadn't been done quite right, and had basically deteriorated over the years. The fix would involve new flashing, shingles, ice and rain membranes, etc. So they get extra checks for honesty! Once we agreed to proceed, Fixer was going to come out the next day, but we had to postpone due to poor weather. They did, however, manage to come the day after that... and within a couple of hours had the entire thing fixed up and waterproofed. The fellow in charge of the team that came over (Shawn or Sean?) was professional, polite, and explained everything to me. He took before and after photos to show me what they had done. For this particular repair, Fixer gave me a 1 year warranty and told me that if I had any further issues with leaks from the skylight (which would be unlikely), that they would come around and "make it right". The cost was a little pricey, but for people like me who don't know how to waterproof skylights, deal with shingles or water membranes, it was worth it. You don't want to mess around with water penetration in your house, and I'm a firm believer in paying a little extra for quality work that will be done right and last a long time. I would highly recommend Fixer on the Roof. Thanks to Linda, Shawn (Sean?) and all involved for quickly fixing my leaky skylight !

We thought we needed a total roof replaced but Fixer helped us get 2 more years out of our roof. Their honesty was refreshing! Then, when we came back for the full replacement, they quoted a very fair price and their people were professional and informative.

Found contractor through local classifieds and contacted them. Was able to schedule an appointment within a couple weeks. Contractor came out when promised and assessed leaky skylight. Took pictures of roof top to show why leaking. Nailed down the flanges and caulked nails. Whole job took less than 1/2 hour. Hopefully, skylight will not leak anymore.
