Just had an air conditioner installed. Most impressed by the amount of detailed information I was given from Marnie as she took the time to answer all of my questions way before I even decided on a company. Marnie made me feel so comfortable and confident in taking a buying decision.Even after calling back to Chris for further clarifications he drove right away to my house, providing me all technical analysis for the best a/c for my house. Great guys from a great family. Marnien chris were very knowledgeable as well and were extremely confident in their answers to my questions which made me feel comfortable. The installers Henry & co.did great professional Job taking into consideration every detail . He bought a breaker from Home depot but still not confident he drove out again to another store, purchased another good quality breaker and finished his job. They gave me a ball park estimate over the phone which I found to be refreshing. Marnie was very thorough when pricing the job so I knew there wouldn't be any surprises. Convertible pricing was extremely competitive but backed by the reliability of a solid family run company. I was confident that there would be fall back if anything went wrong and I haven't been disappointed. In the midst of the first heat wave of the year, I switched the central AC on only to find that it was on the fritz. Naturally. We were warned that when we bought the house over 5 years ago that the unit was on its last legs. So rather than waste time getting someone to see if it could be prepared, we opted to install a new, high-efficiency model.

I'll be completely honest here. There were a few bumps in the road to getting our installation complete - unforeseeable hiccups that do occasionally happen. But I really liked the cut of Sam's jib so I decided to stick with them.

Well, once it was done I'll say the job that Dieter did was outstanding. He was fast, efficient and very thorough in cleaning up after completion. I'm confident that we'll have many years of worry-free AC, just in time for the next inevitable heat wave.

Great company. I went with them because they had great reviews online and I was not dissapointed. They were able to do the install only one week after giving an estimate. The day before the install I had to call and cancel due to family issue but then I ended up not having to go out of town after all so called them back during the evening and they were able to still come the next day. Service was quick, and the fellows doing it were professional and cleaned up as they were working and were very respectful of our home. Would recommend for sure. thanks to Chris and his team !

Just had AC installed over the weekend. Dieter installed it, great guy, very professional hard working. Dieter takes great pride in his work and did an awesome job with my A/C. If you're going to have an A/C installed by Convertible Air ask for Dieter.
