This is my second time around using Convertible Air to install my A/C over a period of 8 years and would not think twice about going with another company. Most other installers don't want to make the trip out to your house to ensure they are selling you the correct product for your home needs. Chris came and determined the right size A/C that we needed instead of selling us a larger one which we didn't even require due to new homes being built much more energy efficient. When I called this time around, it was after 8pm and his Dad called me back to confirm what I needed - which really shows how family owned business is run!
