Mark was extremely patient and accommodating throughout the entire process, which started the week before Christmas. He worked with my condo corp's contractors to get my bathroom renovated and functional before the Christmas break after an unexpected mold problem arose. Even the edging and finishes he installed in e bathroom were exactly what we had been thinking. We were pleased with the final tile work done in the bathroom, kitchen, front hallway, powder room and basement. When we encountered an issue or something we wanted fixed, Mark listened, gave us options, and made the change for us. The painting was all completed on time and as discussed. As a result of the work, reasonable cost, and flexibility, we subsequently referred our parents to Mark for other work they needed done. Thank you for all your help!

We hired Mark to help us prepare a home for rental. He worked with us to ensure all of the little jobs were completed in a timely and professional manner. Along the way, Mark discovered some major issues, including a gas leak, a water leak and an unsupported staircase, that he was able to fix without costing us a lot of extra money. Mark was always accessible and addressed any questions or concerns we had immediately. We will definitely refer clients his way in the future.

We were moving into our condo in a weeks time and needed the bathrooms tiled before the hardwood was layed in the living room. Mark came to our rescue and fit us in between jobs,working at all hours and around the painters as well. We really appreciated his efforts and would use him again. Mark also built a new porch on our old house.What a difference it made. He also removed our old eaves trough and looked after the installation of the new ones. Quality workmanship.Contract was completed as stated and on time.

Chermark was contracted to carry out an extenisve renovation project of our basement that involved the finishing of added living space including an office, family room and closet space. This was not the type of job for an inexperienced contractor given the necessity for several trades i.e. plumbing, gas fitting, electrical, hvac, dry wall finishing, carpentry, etc., and in the end, Mark Wilson and his team performed beyond our expectations creating a bright, warm and cozy space for our family and friends to enjoy for years to come. During the construction they also provided a friendly work environment that allowed my wife Linda to feel comfortable at all times while at home during the work, and demonstrated flexibility with any last minute project changes even offering up their own ideas at times to make the changes even better.

As a Quality Manager I am understanding of not only customer needs, but also their wants and as such, pay close attention to the small details that contribute to the overall satisfaction of a customer. Chermark delivered a home run for us and as promised, completed the project on time just before Christmas to provide the added entertainment space we had hoped for; the slate pool table we had installed shortly after, and the play area built for the grand kids were clearly a hit over the holidays. EVERYONE who has since visited has provided positive commentary re: the quality of workmanship and notable upgrade in our house value. We will not hesitate to call upon Chermark in the future if ever another home renovation project comes along.

We just bought a new house and needed a couple of alterations carried out. We needed some built in closets removed and a new one built. We also needed a room divided into two with doors installed. We had a tight timeframe both for getting a quote and for the work to be carried out. Mark fitted in with our timeframes and carried out an absolutely fantastic job. The new closet (for which I gave very little direction at all) was built to a very high standard and in the exact style of the house. I would never have thought to specify the sort of work that was completed. There were lots of other little things like Mark going out of his way to source some flooring to repair missing pieces after removing the closets. Again, not something that I strictly specifed but Mark's professionalism in carrying out a complete job was amazing. I cannot recommend Chermark Renovations highly enough. It is a real lottery contacting a builder you have had no experience of but I hit jackpot here and would not think twice about using Mark and his team again.
